The Marcus Mashilo Foundation is a non profit organization with the need to facilitate coaches with the necessary skills for their field. We believe that coaches are the custodians of young players’ futures and we take it very seriously, the responsibility that they bear.
The foundation seeks to educate, train and facilitate coaches, parents and agents; basically, all the people involved in the development and future of players. This is done via technical programs, for coaches and informative programs for other stakeholders. We also offer the opportunity for the peer sharing of information, amongst our clients – for an added dimension.
Although our primary market is in sports development, we have found that our principles are universal and relevant to other aspects of life. This is why we also offer life and business coaching. Our facilitators, in this respect, are qualified and passionate; with personal histories and engaging stories of their own. Our founder, for example, will often share his unusual journey into a coveted career in a leading South African soccer team.
